Dependent Visa

Dependent visa is a temporary residence permit in Indonesia granted to the dependent family members of foreigners in Indonesia, such as spouses and children under 18.

Dependent Visa is issued to the children of foreign parents who hold a primary stay permit in Indonesia. Here are the general requirements to apply for the Dependent Visa:

  • The dependent visa is available for children under the age of 18.
  • Applicant must provide proof of relationship to the primary stay permit holder, such as a birth certificate, along with its translation into Bahasa Indonesia if applicable.

Dependent Visa Process

 
  1. Submit Application
    After collecting all necessary documents, we will file your application with the Central Immigration System
  2. Receive E-Visa
    The Directorate General of Immigration will review and approve your application, issuing the E-Visa within 7-10 working days. You must enter Indonesia within 90 days of receiving the E-Visa.
  3. Issuance of temporary stay permit (ITAS)
    Usually issued within 2-3 hours after arrival. If there are any delays, we will submit your request manually, which may take an additional 5-6 days.
