Impresariat Visa allows foreign artists, performers and showbiz workers to engage with Indonesian audiences. We handle the visa application from start to finish, ensuring you meet all necessary criteria for a smooth and hassle-free entry. Few of the general requirements :

  • A local sponsor, typically an Indonesian company or event organizer, is required to invite and support the visa application.
  • The applicant must be involved in a scheduled performance, event, or entertainment-related activity in Indonesia.
  • Relevant skills competency certificate in English, demonstrating the expertise.

Impresariat Visa Process

  1. Working Permit Process
    The sponsoring company must complete the manpower planning approval with Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower and pay the USD 1,200 Expertise and Skills Development Fund.
  2. Application Submission
    After receiving all necessary materials, the application will be submitted to the Central Immigration System.
  3. Stay Permit Approval
    The Directorate General of Immigration will review and process the stay permit request, typically taking 1-2 months.
  4. Stay Permit Conversion
    During this phase, the applicant must visit Immigration for a biometric session (photo and fingerprint). The process also takes 1-2 months working days.
