The Single-Entry Business Visa, will allow you to visit Indonesia for a total of 60 days, plus the option to extend 2 times which means you can stay in Indonesia for up to 180 days. The normal process takes 7-10 working days and if the applicant does not enter Indonesia within 90 days, they must re-apply for a new visa. Since this is a single-entry visa, once you leave Indonesia, the visa will be invalid. 

This visa is suitable for foreign nationality who wants to have business deals in Indonesia, enjoy sightseeing, cultural experiences, or attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions with ease. However, it’s important to remember that it does not allow for employment or work.

Single-entry Visa (Index Code: C2) Process

  1. Submit documentation & application: Prepare the necessary documents and submit your visa application to us. We’ll ensure your application is complete before sending it to Indonesian immigration authorities.
  2. Visa approval and issuance: Indonesian immigration officials will review your application. Once approved, they’ll issue an electronic visa. We’ll promptly send the electronic visa and a guarantor letter to your designated address
  3. Travel to Indonesia : Use your electronic visa to enter Indonesia within 90 days from the date of issuance

Processing Times

The normal process takes 7-10 working days if there are no technical problems with the system. Not including Saturdays, Sundays, and National Public Holidays.

Important Notes

  • If the applicant does not enter Indonesia within 90 days, they must re-apply for a new visa, which comes at an additional cost.
